Proud to present this stainless steel sculpture that I fabricated as a selection for this year's Annual Rotating Arts Program through the Green Bay Public Arts Commission. Different patina color finishes were used to help distinguish the species of hummingbird as a Green Breasted Mango. I wanted to depict an origami style to the overall fabrication and appearance. Hummingbirds are said to be healers, signs of good fortune, nomads of the earth, and warriors. When you see one, I hope find what you’re searching for.
